“How to describe Manea in a few words? Ambitious, driven, compassionate. It was a privilege to work alongside Manea to bring Disney Dreamlight Valley to fruition. I am so grateful that he gave me a chance all those years ago to work on this project when I wanted to step into the role of Game Designer. I've had the opportunity to help the game grow from a very early stage. From the start, Manea's strong vision and belief in the abilities of his team have been rock-solid. His background in Game Design has also been an asset throughout the course of the project, lending itself well to collaborating on the game's primary mechanics and UX development. He is a warm person who genuinely cares about his team-- I've never had such an approachable and empathetic lead before in this industry. He has poured his passion and determination into this game and into the people he works with. It's impossible not to feel invigorated after a conversation with him! This man seems to have infinite energy and ingenuity, it's very motivating to have a Producer with such zeal for games (and Disney!).
