Quppo (キュッポ Kyuppo?, "Cuppo") is one of the Oresoren in Tales of Legendia.

History[]

Main Quest[]

Quppo and Pippo are first met in the Secret Passage after Senel Coolidge and his group rescue Shirley Fennes from Walter Delques. Quppo and Pippo decide to stop in the former Oresoren Village to take a rest, and there, they explain why they left their original home and moved to the new one. Quppo and Pippo guide Senel and his companions to the underground passage, where they encounter the "Long Long Demon" and are forced to run away from it. Once the group defeats the monster, Quppo and Pippo perform the "Oresoren Victory Dance". After Quppo and Pippo leave, Senel and his group head to their new village.

During the events in the Quiet Lands, Quppo, Pippo, and Poppo fill Jay in concerning the events happening the surface world most of the time. The three of them then find the Tram for the group's usage. After repairing the Tram, the three brothers travel to Mirage Palace and await the group's return. When the group returns to Werites Beacon before the final battle, the brothers and Jay fix the "Trail Across the Heavens" to make it possible for the group to venture into the Wings of Light. During the ending credits, the Oresoren brothers are seen sleeping on Jay's back.

Character Quests[]

Quppo Model

The three Oresoren brothers do not appear during the Character Quests much until Jay's Character Quest. During this quest, the three of them are revealed to be the ones who found Jay on the verge of death after being abandoned by his mentor, Solon. During the mid-segment of the quest, all three of them, along with the rest of the Oresoren from the village, lead an assault on Mirage Palace to save Jay and Shirley. They decide to hold off Solon while the two escape. When Senel and his group return to the palace, the brothers are about to be killed by Solon, but Jay stops him in time. After defeating Solon and "Dark Jay", the brothers tell Jay to accept the new family he has with Senel and the others.

Quppo, Pippo, and Poppo appear at the end of Grune's Character Quest during the final confrontation, when Schwartz covers the island in darkness and sends dark versions of herself to attack them in the Oresoren Village. When the group tries to use their "Super Sacred Eres" to stop Schwartz, they, along with the other villagers, obtain Sacred Eres themselves and defeat the Schwartz clones. After defeating Schwartz, the brothers and other Oresoren cheer Jay's name, knowing that world is now saved. During the ending cutscene, the Oresoren witness the Summon Spirit Gnome emerge from his seed.
