It was just a simple change to mimic the Wikia style spotlight/ads down below, as well as to expand the to multiple genres, with changeable types. And the initial are just that, initial, to get it started.--Sxerks 18:24, October 5, 2009 (UTC)

With the launch of the 2nd season of Sekirei in june, it would be wonderful if the Sekirei Wikia would get a place in the spotlight. The Wikia currently has 110+ articles and it's growing :) Jamjamstyle 18:48, May 23, 2010 (UTC)

I'm requesting some spotlight coverage! It's for my wikia dedicated to the Appleseed manga and animes. I found it back in April, two years old, with about four vaguely written articles on it and still sporting the generic Wiki colour scheme. Sxerks suggested I adopt the site and develop it, which I have. We've got about twenty decent pages on it now, custom graphics, and a direct link to the Anime/Manga Hub on the sidebar. I'd like to nominate the Hellsing Wiki, which is a small but steadily growing wiki administrated by The Color Earth and me. It's very visitor-friendly: the wiki has an organized Main Page, a unique skin, and it has a link to the Anime/Manga Hub on its sidebar too! (Under the "community" tab.) August 2010[]

  • Fushigi Yuugi - Divinecross (I think it should be on the spotlights because I am the only active editor and I managed to creat 120+ articles with content in two months. It's active, and the articles are very informative. It isn't that much famous. It has a unique skin type and it also has the footer and the Animanga Hub link on the sidebar. I could use popularity. I found it in April (this year) and has only 12 articles. But now I raised it to more than a hundred twenty and the wiki contains information even more than needed and very rare pictures.) This wiki can be the spotlight for Comedy, Romance, and Harem.

  • Professor Layton - I'd like to nominate the Professor Layton Wiki, bicause it contains 198 articles, and i'm the only person that created such articals already in this month. First I worked every day on the wiki, but now i'm writting first the information somwhere else before i put it on my wiki. I realy wanna have with this about that i need help and evenly i can not do everything on my own, is with luck that i came on to almost 200 aticles on my wiki.

I know its the second time, but after the new look, the Wikia looks completely different. Plus we just redesigned our Main Page, so basically most of it is different.
