When I first saw this book, I was puzzled over the idea that God could write a book. I began to read the book. Then I tried the exercises. Yes, I was very surprised at how quickly I got the results. This really does "work." Don't be fooled by how simple it seems. Maybe that is why it works. Get this book, and study it carefully. I am not sure about everything that is written about. And I don't know if God really did write this book. I don't know how that would be practical. Maybe it is true that the human person who wrote the book did so while "God" dictated the book to "the scribe." I'll leave that up to you to decide for yourself. One last thing, I get how people coming from different faith backgrounds could really get their nose out of joint at the claims this book makes. I didn't have that as a filter. Maybe that will make a critical difference for some of you. I think it would be good for people who are really looking for alternatives to the usual stuff to get into this book. It could really help you.
