If you want a refund or think that you have been wrongly charged then you will need to speak to Apple Inc.
We do not have any control or access to your financial information or any transactions that you make, this is all managed by Apple Inc.
You can log into your Apple account by using your Apple ID and Password where you will then be able to contact Apple Inc.

My App does not run smoothly!
This is probably due to having too many Apps running in the background.
Close as many Apps down as possible and re-boot your computer. Apps that run as services in the background can have a negative effect on your computers performance.
