A child growing up in New Zealand who sought all the English publications he could get his hands on, much like Mick Jagger and Kieth Richards, yearned for R&B recordings from across the Atlantic. This book is about his journey, his life's work and a vision realized.As Veere describes it, "My three homes most eloquently tell the story of who I am, my philosophy, what I have endeavored to achieve, and the lessons that I've absorbed over the years."

This book is full of magnificent images of Veer’s homes. Veer’s style of decorating is definitely a look which suits me. Very relaxed with comfort and beauty at the fore. Each page contains something to savour, with plenty of tantalising ideas to inspire. All the homes featured are truly sumptuous and I particularly love Gazebo. Everything about this home to me is ‘it’ Its a home one could dream of living in. Not forgetting to mention the fabulous gardens. Just perfect. Beautiful.
