Personally I would drop the Ajani's Pridemate for Ajani, Strength of the Pride, the Cubwarden for Brimaz, King of Oreskos just for starters creatures wise. But I feel the deck's biggest problem is you should have a minimum of 35 lands or you will be mana screwed most of the time.

Token wise Seance can be interesting in the deck along with Song of the Worldsoul. Also a little surprised at no Ajani planeswalkers. Also might like Soul of Eternity, Serra's Emissary, and Archon of Valor's Reach. Just a couple of thoughts.

#1Personally I find the Dreamstone Hedron to be a bit of a trap card. You might consider Astral Cornucopia instead since you have the option to do some proliferating. I also feel that you should consider upping your land count to at least 35 for a bit more consistency. Just a couple of thoughts.
