Fblthp

The main purpose of the deck is to fling as many spells with plot to build into storm as soon as possible. There are a few mechanics that attempt to let me plot as many cards as possible each turn:

  1. The lands are designed to filter themselves out via flooded strand and similar.
  2. The low cost spells and creatures attempt to allow as much scrying as possible. This allows lands to be filtered to the bottom of the library, opening up additional 0-cost spells to be plotted.
  3. As many deck shuffle effects as possible to give more chances at 0-cost spells to be plotted.
  4. There are very few higher-cost cards.

There's a few win conditions, all having to do with storm after casting 15+ spells from plot.

  1. Classic Laboratory Maniac + Brain Freeze on myself. Alternatively could direct at one player for hate.
  2. Something I believe to be my own invention: Cryptic Coat + Infinite Blue Mana (High Tide + Palinchron or Deadeye Navigator + Peregrine Drake), manifesting the entire library at once into Laboratory Maniac.
  3. Triton Wavebreaker enchanted onto Fblthp, Lost on the Range to swing for lethal commander damage. Bonus if Aqueous Form, Rogue's Passage, or Cloak of Invisibility are on the field. Stormwing Entity and Elusive Otter can mimic this to a lesser effect.
  4. Aetherflux Reservoir: at 10 spells storm, it can kill one player, at 14, it can kill two players, and at 17 it can kill three players.
  5. Ashnod's Coupon: The sheer flex will make everyone sweep and declare Fblthp as the Conquistador.
