Phyrexian Metamorph

Artifact Creature — Phyrexian Shapeshifter

( can be paid with either or 2 life)

You may have Phyrexian Metamorph enter the battlefield as a copy of any artifact or creature on the battlefield, except it's an artifact in addition to its other types.

Nice deck, I love me some etb/death trigger abuse Marchesa. I do have some suggestions for you though and I'll break it down by card function.

Finisher:

Gray Merchant of Asphodel's lifegain seems counterproductive but with alternate sources of +1+1 counters your life total doesn't matter. In 9 years of running Marchesa, Gary has ended more games than any other card here and it's not remotely close. I personally recommend a clone suite to sac when he enters so they all reenter as Garys (Phantasmal Image, Flesh Duplicate, and Phyrexian Metamorph). Note that Imperial Recruiter abuse will look up Gary, Clones, and Bloodletter of Aclazotz in one go around the table.

Jokulhaups is a bit of a dick move, but it will end games since all your creatures come back to an empty board.

Alternate +1+1 Counters:

Anduril, Narsil Reforged is on attack and even gets counters on your fresh non-attacking stuff.

Mikaeus, the Unhallowed lets you abuse all your non-humans and he enables some infinite combos with Persist creatures.

Vigean Graftmage looks underwhelming but he comes down before and immediately protects Marchesa and he let's you abuse any etb/death trigger on everyone's turn (itself + 1 other).

Thran Vigil is only on your turn but this card still puts in serious work.

Metallic Mimic doesn't need a tribal deck here. When it first comes down you name humans or wizards to immediately protect Marchesa but you sac it to rename the type to your most abuseable etb/death trigger as needed.

Protection:

Ripples of Potential is a great answer to non-destroy wraths including Farewell.

Removal:

Canoptek Tomb Sentinel will hit anything non-land but most importantly it's an abuseable effect that hits enchantments.

Feel free to check out my list for ideas. Upvotes on any of my decks are appreciated (especially since it'd be upvote #200). Every Masochist Needs a Marchesa to Love Them

Flesh Duplicate & Phyrexian Metamorph would fit in pretty well. Lesser known older tech like Dominate & Empress Galina could be tasty too.

Curie, Emergent Intelligence is copying the attributes of the creature at the time of the last instance it was in play as, Curie’s ability resolves. It doesn’t matter what properties Phyrexian Metamorph has while it’s in exile.

Curie will effectively be an Archon of Cruelty that’s additionally an artifact and has "Whenever this creature deals combat damage to a player, draw cards equal to its base power."

When Phyrexian Metamorph is in the battlefield, all it has is the characteristics of whatever it copied (+ it's an artifact) the regular Phyrexian Metamorph characteristics aren't copiable anymore.

If I control a Phyrexian Metamorph cloning an Archon of Cruelty and I activate Curie, Emergent Intelligence exiling said Metamorph, what happens?

This list looks great, definitely a good pairing of commanders. Personally I would make these swaps:

Tishana, Voice of Thunder -> The Great Henge
Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite -> Grazilaxx, Illithid Scholar
Masako the Humorless -> Errant, Street Artist
Mirri, Weatherlight Duelist -> Second Harvest
Selvala, Explorer Returned -> Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir
The Second Doctor -> Patron of the Orochi
Rhystic Study -> Murkfiend Liege
Heroes' Podium -> Sakashima the Impostor
Swiftfoot Boots -> Sakashima of a Thousand Faces
Neoform -> Awakening
Beast Within -> Sundering Growth

Some others you might like: Wake the Reflections, Phyrexian Metamorph, Idol of Oblivion

I'm assuming with Ancestral Statue combos being listed 1st that it's plan A. I have some suggestions that will help you consistently get there.

Imperial Recruiter, Spellseeker, Neoform, and Phyrexian Metamorph enable the most efficient combo line for Statue/Ballista I know of. You just need Imperial Recruiter in hand, 2 counters on Animar, , and 4 life. Imperial Recruiter for looks up Phyrexian Metamorph. Metamorph for 2 life copies Recruiter to look up Spellseeker. Spellseeker for looks up Neoform. Neoform for sacs Spellseeker to look up Ancestral Statue. Statue does its' self bounce until Animar is double your opponents life totals then use Statue's final bounce to return Phyrexian Metamorph to hand. Metamorph for 2 life again copies Imperial Recruiter to look up Walking Ballista for the win.

I'm assuming Ancestral Statue/Walking Ballista is the end goal here.

Spellseeker, Imperial Recruiter, Phyrexian Metamorph, and Neoform enable a very mana efficient combo line here (you run the rest of the cards already). It just needs Imperial Recruiter in hand, 2 counters on Animar, 4 life, and .

Weird Harvest will look up both Statue and Ballista for wins out of nowhere.

Cloudstone Curio will enable countless infinites in your list. Everything from looping morph/eldrazi since they're eventually free to bouncing Peregrine Drake/Great Whale or hastey mana dorks for infinite mana. This leads to infinite draw to dig for game ending combos.
