The Tourist Guild was the authority that controlled the planet Spira during the Galactic Civil War. The Guild leased the planet from the Galactic Empire, and under agreement with them, only authorized passenger liners, contracted supply starships, and Imperial vessels were allowed to land on the planet.[1]
