Description[]
A remote and ancient place, the Red Desert was a place that attracted explorers and people who sought to severe ties to civilization. A bizarre half planet, half animal called blood spites flew low to the ground and sought out warm blood. The haunted nature of the Red Desert was compounded by the ancient and abandoned Old City, a sprawling and giant compound located deep in the Red Desert. The Je'daii Order had explored the city and failed to locate the hypergate, its existence falling into myth and legend. Rumors abounded that a Gree hypergate existed deep below the surface; a fable that inspired the Frontiersman Osamael Or to explore and disappear from history.[1]
