Gaav Fennro was a male mild-mannered communications expert for the Rebel Alliance. In 0 ABY, he was assigned to assist the Alliance Special Operations team which had captured Moff Lasre Dardano's Whisper Base on Onderon. The team had been compromising their data transmissions, and Fennro was sent to keep their cover intact. His codeword was "dalgo." Within a day of his scheduled arrival, he was picked up by Imperial customs on the planet, since the transport he was traveling in was suspected of smuggling.
The operatives staged a rescue of Fennro, and the expert was able to help uncover intelligence from the base's SIGINT array.
