Fez Devvol was the manager of Aqualis Base, a food processing plant on Baralou owned by the Aqualis Food Conglomerate, but secretly was being used by the Alliance to Restore the Republic. Fez made a good relationship with the nearby Krikthasi tribes, and often traded weapons with them in exchange for gems, information and assistance despite the ongoing war between the Krikthasi and the Multopos.
