A credit pouch was a receptacle used by individuals to carry their credits around. While on the planet Tatooine, two Whiphids attempted to intimidate members of the Alliance to Restore the Republic into handing over their credit pouches, picking on those of the group who seemed to be non-combatants. They were detered by other members of the Rebel group.[1]
