The Arkanian sonic rifle was an Arkanian-manufactured sonic rifle. They were originally less fatal than typical blasters, but because of low demand most were retrofitted to deal a large amount of damage.

The Arkanian sonic rifle was intended to appear in the video game Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic but it was removed from the final version of the game. As the weapon was still present in the game files, it could be obtained using cheat codes.
