  6. Hey Julian,

That’s an awesome list you have put out there. The best thing I love about lists is that you find all the great bloggers at one place and sometimes find some new ones who can eventually be one of your virtual mentors.

Another great thing I noticed is that you have mentioned recommended reads from each of the blogs mentioned which is actually quite helpful as most of these bloggers have been in the industry for a while.. Chances are that some of their best blog posts are buried in the archives..

All in all, its a good way to present a list.

    Thanks for sharing.. 🙂

    Rajeesh..

  9. Hi Julian. I love your name. It is the same as my son’s! 😉 So of course I love it!

Great round-up of blogs. I have heard of most of them already, but the others I will check out.

Oh and Boost Blog Traffic changed their name to Smart Blogger. You might want to correct that in this post. You know, so as not to offend His Royal Awesomeness Jon Morrow. Lol.

And I was surprised to see that Wording Well didn’t make the cut. 😉

    Maybe next time!

    1. Hey Lorraine.

Yes, Jon’s is now Smart Blogger. I’ve been meaning to change that.

      Thanks for the reminder. 🙂

And yeah, maybe Wording Well will. 😉

  10. This is such a comprehensive post on how to comment on blogs for newbies. I am going to share this with my Merry band of picture book authors. This is not, by a long shot, my first time commenting on a blog, but it is my first time commenting on yours. ? Thank you for such great information!!

  12. Hi,

I am new to blogging , just started last month. I have been mostly doing online tutions last couple of years and as I am very fond of reading, luckily stumbled on an article online about creating a Niche site and found it Interesting, so planning to give it a try. I understand it takes time, not like my tutions where I can get paid after every hour. Building a successful blog do take time. This list will surely be a lot of help for me.

Also if you can answer one question that I have started a Niche Blog on Drones, is it a good idea for me?. The reason why I am asking is that I do not have knowledge of drones but just did it bcoz of an article on techcrunch.

And yes, I also like a blog which is not on the list, I think the domain name itself has lot of value :- http://billionaireblogger.com/

    Again Thanks for this list.

    1. Thanks for your awesome comment, Priyanka. 🙂

Billionaire Blogger, huh? I’ve never heard of it. I’ll check it out sometime.

And if you find yourself in need of help, don’t hesitate to send me an email. 🙂

      Cheers,
      Julian

  13. Hi Julian,

What a great surprise it was to see myself included with these awesome bloggers. Thanks so much for including me. You did such a wonderful job with this post. I can stay on it all day long visiting the peeps I don’t know well.

Also, I like the way you made things clickable for a reader to hook up with others so easily.

    Thanks bunches!

    -Donna
