Can you use a controller with Kingdom Hearts Missing Link?

It would be Goofy to not have a controller.

Hoping Kingdom Hearts Missing Link offers controller support makes plenty of sense as this action RPG looks more intense than its prior mobile entries. Thankfully, it looks like your wish has been granted, for now, at least.

As of the time of writing, there will be controller support with Kingdom Hearts Missing Link.

“The Closed Beta Test version is compatible with the following controllers (gamepads),” says the official Q&A on the Kingdom Hearts website. “Please note that this may be subject to change for the live-version of the game at launch.”

There is a possibility that controller support will be taken away during the official launch of the game. If you live in the UK or Australia, however, you can check out the Closed Beta Test and give it a try. It will be compatible with PS4, PS5, and Xbox controllers.

When is the closed beta test?

The closed beta test takes place at different times, depending on which type of phone you have. iOS players can access the game between November 29 and December 8. Meanwhile, Android users have to wait a bit longer; it’s scheduled for January 2024. You can sign up for it here; look at the top right of the window for a sign saying “Beta Test Application.”

Unfortunately, Americans, Canadians, and many other nationalities around the world will be missing out on this closed beta test. Even if you’re from the UK or Australia, you’ll also need to be picked for closed beta access after signing up. Good luck!
