All Palworld Ranch drops and how to get them

Good, old fashioned farming.

One of the first things you unlock for your base in Palworld is the Ranch. While it takes up a lot of space, it’s incredibly useful, and it’s worth having more than one if you’ve got the room. Here’s all the Pals you can put in and what they drop.

To unlock the Ranch, you need to reach level five and then spend two Technology Points to build it on your base. To place a Ranch, gather the required items, press B, and navigate to the Pal section.

To build the Ranch, you’ll need:

  • 50 Wood
  • 20 Stone
  • 30 Fibre

A Ranch can hold three Pals, either of the same breed or three different ones, at the same time, so you can get a fair amount of drops from each Ranch. As they’re not too resource heavy, especially once you’ve unlocked the Stone Pit and Logging Site, you can build as many as you like to maximise those drops.

To place your Pals into the Ranch, press F to pick them up and then transport them to the Ranch. Press E to throw them, yes, literally throw them, into the Ranch.

Which Pals drop what?

There are a few Pals which can be placed into a Ranch, most of which only drop one item each. The exception to this is Vixy, who provides three different items while situated within a Ranch.

Here’s all of the different Pals that can be thrown into your ranch (so far) and what they drop:

PalRanch drop(s)
LamballWool
ChikipiEggs
MozzarinaMilk
CremisWool
MelpacaWool
CaprityRed Berries
WoolipopCotton Candy
BeegardeHoney
FlambelleFlame Organ
SibelyxHigh Quality Cloth
MauGold Coins
Mau CrystGold Coins
VixyPal Spheres, Gold Coins & Arrows

If you’re planning to go out catching 10 of each Pal for that sweet capture bonus EXP, I’d suggest filling a ranch with three Vixy in order to maximise the number of Pal Spheres you have.

If you’re into breeding, you’ll need eggs, milk and honey in order to make cakes, so it’s a good idea to fill a ranch (preferably more than one) with Beegarde, Mozzarina and Chikipi.
